Pre-mounted hardware was rusted. There were scratches in the arms. There were rough areas on the outside of the lower part of the arms. It was, however, fairly easy to put together.

Quick assembly, beautiful piece. Only giving it 4 star because the seat is not too comfortable, its leans more towards very firm but its very beautiful as an accent chair. Love the color, very sturdy. Zip up legs is a plus.

I’m really impressed with this convertible chair! It was incredibly easy to assemble—my husband had it put together in no time, and the instructions were straightforward. The chair itself is surprisingly sturdy and well-made. It has a nice solid weight to it, and the wood frame feels durable and high quality, not flimsy or cheap like some other furniture in this price range. The memory foam cushion is very comfortable, both as a chair and when folded out into a bed. It provides great support, and I have no problem recommending it for overnight guests. We bought it for our basement, and it’s the perfect solution for when my son’s friends sleep over. It doesn’t take up much space as a chair, then easily converts into a comfortable bed whenever we need it. Overall, this is a fantastic space-saving piece of furniture that looks great, feels premium, and is perfect for guests. I would definitely recommend to others!

I was sent two of the same arm pieces, so assembly was an issue right out of the box. Other than that, the chair is a bit awkward overall. It’s quite bulky, and you can feel the legs for the pull-out bed through the seat, which makes it less comfortable than expected. The concept is nice, but the execution and comfort could definitely be improved.

Love it! Firm yet comfortable! Fits perfectly in my space and a great start to my new decor!
