First time buying from Wayfair and not likely to return. The description in the website for these chairs is misleading and probably deceptive. What is really outrageous is that Wayfair is charging me $83 shipping fees to return the items. Many problem with this order: (1) One of the chair, the leather was torn (2) In another chair, the corner of the base from the bottom was popping up such that the chair can not be installed to the base. (3) The height of the chairs is not the same: three of them came at 33 inches from the back, a few of them came at 33.9 inches, and one or two came in between ... and no it is not the adjustable screws because I tightened all of them to the same level. (4) The finishing on these chairs is not the same, each chair has different finishing from the back. in one chair the brown leather is all the way to the top which is what it should be, however, in all others the beige leather is popping up at the top at different levels. If you are looking at the chair from the back you are not supposed to see the beige leather but in many of them the beige leather is turning towards the back (5) Many scratches and damages in the metal part
