The quality of the product was great...but the "beige" did not match my room, so I had to return mine and order other chairs. Return policy was a good expericience.

The chairs were nice and for the time I sat in them they were comfortable. There was a minor stain on two of the chairs that wasn't real visible and a problem with one of the legs on one chair. Overall the chairs were beautiful but seem like they can get dirty easily.
