I love this little ottoman. I needed to put my grandson’s toys in that we keep here for him and it worked just the way I wanted it to. I love the color too. It matches my living room perfectly and was just as described.

I didn’t realize that this was a collapsible storage ottoman until the unit arrived in a flat package. Screwing the feet into the ottoman is a little tricky, but the instructions are pretty clear. The rest of the unit goes together quickly and the finish product feels sturdy. Please note that this is not an ottoman that can take a lot of weight and there is a warning about that in the instructions. It does have clean modern lines and would look good in a more formal interior design. There’s plenty of room inside it to store board games or throw blankets.

I have a mixed review on this ottoman. We chose the 15” square dark gray ottoman. My son is heading to his first college dorm, and I know the height he wants to loft his bed to will require some kind of step to get in and out easily. But this is a very small space and we need every item to serve multiple purposes or include storage. With a 330-pound weight limit, we thought this looked perfect. A deep area for storage, an extra seat for guests, and a step up into his bed at the same time. First, the guide for the ottoman warned against ever using this as a stepstool. If he’s way under the weight limit, will he be okay to stand on it? Putting it together makes me assume NO. The stool construction is basically a bin, like the type you put in a cube bookcase. The feet are plastic. The lid feels quite sturdy, at least. When assembled, it looks much nicer. The plastic feet aren’t obviously plastic, and it feels sturdy enough for a 240-pound adult. So while it might not serve the purpose we needed, I’m sure I can find a place to make use of it in our house. The other thing to note is that the small tray is not worth using. You need to Velcro it into place, and every time you need to access items under the tray, you need to pull back the Velcro on both sides. It pulls the binding of the ottoman and leaves little snags each time. If this clipped onto the ottoman base, that would be so much better than Velcro.

This ottoman is great! We got it for our daughter to take to her college dorm. Delivery was quick and assembly took just minutes. We love that that it is storage you can use as a bench. The way it opens on both sides will make getting in and out much easier. It came with two smaller bins that you can use for lighter weight items too. This will be a great addition to her dorm room where storage is much needed. Plus, it’s super cute!

Pretty and sturdy little ottoman. I love that it can open from either side instead of having to take the entire top off. I like that it has a center divider and a couple little storage cubbies. It’ll be perfect for holding extra blankets and pillows in the living room.
