We used this to replace a bathroom vanity. The design is just right, and the size was perfect for the space and we were able to use the vessel sink from the old vanity. All that was required was to drill holes in the top and back panel for the necessary plumbing. We also added a coat of polyurethane to the top for added shine and durability.
