The product arrived heavily damaged and clearly needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, Wayfair’s customer service process requires you to wait on the manufacturer’s resolution because they are supposedly “best to handle to situation,” which means waiting up to two business days just to receive an update. As the retailer, Wayfair should stand behind the products they sell. A replacement should be shipped immediately, and Wayfair can work with the manufacturer behind the scenes to recover their costs. Customers shouldn’t have to wait because of internal processes, especially when the damage is obvious upon delivery. Very disappointing experience.

It's a beautiful chair and I love the upholstery but it's a bit wobbly and not perfectly even. I have mine propped one side on some rugs and that works.

Beautiful addition in my home. Had a little hiccup with damaged piece but was promptly contacted and resolved by the seller. Really happy

I love this bench. Cushions are firm. Its solid wood. Very sturdy. Looks great! Was super easy to assemble.

Looks vintage and great. Up close ,the finish could be better. There are a few places where the wood was not sanded down well, a few nicks here and there. The fabric had a tiny frey but on the whole, a good product.
