Causeuse Solenne

These are nice little sofa’s. They are super sturdy. The cushions are thick and firm and will hold their shape forever. They look more high end than they are and are a value for the price I paid. I would recommend if you’re looking for to match an esthetic you’re going for, or if you have small spaces that need something extra, like a n entryway.

The product arrived heavily damaged and clearly needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, Wayfair’s customer service process requires you to wait on the manufacturer’s resolution because they are supposedly “best to handle to situation,” which means waiting up to two business days just to receive an update. As the retailer, Wayfair should stand behind the products they sell. A replacement should be shipped immediately, and Wayfair can work with the manufacturer behind the scenes to recover their costs. Customers shouldn’t have to wait because of internal processes, especially when the damage is obvious upon delivery. Very disappointing experience.

Try nice looking but came cracked and Wayfair won’t help, it has to be handled by the manufacturer so now I have to wait weeks for the replacement part. The hardware and chair legs were also missing. Wayfair does nothing to stand by their products they sell.

It's a beautiful chair and I love the upholstery but it's a bit wobbly and not perfectly even. I have mine propped one side on some rugs and that works.

Beautiful addition in my home. Had a little hiccup with damaged piece but was promptly contacted and resolved by the seller. Really happy
