I put this table together with Addison, which immediately set the tone for what can best be described as a “bonding experience disguised as furniture assembly.” It wasn’t the easiest build. Several of the screw holes didn’t quite line up the way they were meant to, so getting things secured took more patience than we initially budgeted for. One hole in particular seemed to have decided it was simply not participating in the project at all—completely misaligned and refusing every screw like it had a personal vendetta. Despite that, we managed to get it assembled in just under an hour. Not bad, considering there were moments where we both paused and stared at the instructions as if they might suddenly offer emotional support or better engineering. Visually, the table does look nice once it’s fully put together. It has a clean, simple style that fits easily into the space. That said, it is a bit lighter than I expected. I was hoping for something with a little more weight to it—something that sits firmly in place and doesn’t shift so easily with everyday use. Right now, it’s on tile, which definitely doesn’t help its tendency to move around. I’m waiting for a rug to arrive, which should improve that issue and give it a bit more stability. The biggest downside, however, is its sensitivity to heat. Anything warm placed on the surface seems to leave its mark. After setting down dinner plates with hot food, I noticed visible discoloration in several areas. It was one of those moments where you slowly lift the plate, expecting nothing… and then immediately realize the table has developed new “character” you didn’t agree to. Unfortunately, that means table mats aren’t optional—they’re essential if I want to avoid further damage. Overall, it’s a decent-looking table that does its job, but it comes with some clear limitations. Assembly requires patience (and possibly teamwork or mild humor), stability could be better, and heat resistance is not its strong suit. It works, but it asks for a bit more care than I originally expected.

These chairs are exactly as pictured. They compare to what other pricey stores sell. Love them!

Very nice chairs, the backrest is tough to install as someone mentioned in another review, but I realized it is much easier to use a screwdriver instead of the provided Allen wrench. There were some imperfections but it is easily foxed with a toichup paint.

Great table - the reason I gave it 4 stars was it came with a piece chipped on top, it’s small & they offered us a discount, so we kept it. It was easier than packing it up & returning. Like the base a lot, that was the appeal to me
