The packaging arrived slightly damaged, but that appeared to be the carrier’s fault rather than the seller’s. The recliner itself is excellent, especially for the price. It offers great features, including heat and massage functions, which add to the overall comfort. I purchased it as a gift for my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loves it. Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase.

Easy assembly, comfortable, looks nice, and great for the price. The massage isn’t anything special but is relaxing.

I like the color, but seems cheaply made. The arm rest seam is unraveling, afraid the other seams won't hold up. Also the foot rest is a little stiff and difficult to rise. Won't let me add a photo...
