We had this shipped three times and it arrived each time damaged. From start to finish, final delivery with minor damage took almost a month at no fault of our own. We were very excited to get the table, but due to poor packing and poor package handling, the corners of the first two table were busted open exposing the particle board. This last shipment had damage too, but we are tired and will settle for the damaged table.

Hello, I received the dining table, but it arrived damaged and defective. The tabletop is dented and cracked at the center seam, and the table base is uneven, causing the entire table to wobble and sit unlevel. This is a safety concern, and the table is not in acceptable condition for use. I have attached photos showing the damage. I would like a full replacement in new, undamaged condition, including a properly balanced base. If a complete replacement is unavailable, please issue a full refund and arrange pickup of the damaged table at no cost to me. Because the table is large, heavy, and already assembled, I am unable to repackage or transport it myself. Please arrange an appropriate pickup service. Thank you.
