While the bar stools do look very sturdy and true to their pictures, ours arrived damaged. There were chips and splinters all over the frame and the upholstery on the seats had visible areas of glue. I ended up returning them and did have to deal with some back and forth to get it resolved. Unlike a normal Wayfair return, I had to deal with the manufacturer directly. This delayed the process and involved a lot of back and forth emailing that was less than ideal
