I purchased two of the Ebern Designs Frackville Executive chairs. Delivery time was very quick.
I am not happy with these chairs as I feel they do not represent value for money. My criticisms are as follows : -
The representation of the chair covering material is particularly misleading as these chairs use Bonded Leather. This information is clearly stated on the product shipping carton. However, information on the Wayfair product page specifications clearly states that the Seat Upholstery material is GENUINE LEATHER. Seat Upholstery Material Details are also described as ECO-LEATHER (Whatever that means).
It was always my intention that I would never again purchase chairs upholstered using bonded leather as this type of material offers no meaningful durability. Bonded Leather is wafer thin and more reminiscent of "Rice Paper". It flakes off after a scant few years of use, an experience I have been keen to avoid in the future.
Most chairs made with bonded leather offer warranties no longer than a single year. According to the Wayfair Product page, this particular chair carries a 15 year Limited Warranty. I found this information encouraging until I read the LIMITED WARRANTY document included in the shipping box which states that the upholstery fabric is only warranted for 1 year. This document fails to mention any element of the chair having 15 years coverage.
Other than the above mentioned items, I was not impressed with the range of adjustment possible on these chairs insofar as the seat back position is far too upright for my liking, compared to any chairs I have owned previously. Although it might have been possible to compensate for this using a graduated tilt-lock function. The tilt-lock function on this chair always returns the chair to its uncomfortable upright position.
