Would have given this 4 or 5 stars if the chair wasn't so poorly packed in the box. There were several loose pieces floating around and very little padded protection. I'm actually surprised there wasn't more damage. Other than that the chair is really comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for.

Disappointed in this chair. The lumbar support is not as flexible as I prefer and the neck rest is too high and not adjustable. Works for my tall husband. It is now his chair!

Purchased this chair last year and it is holding up wonderfully with at least 9 hours daily use M-F. Pneumatics, cushion and support have been excellent.

I got this chair for my husband and he like it.
