color and quality does not look the same on the website

The chairs are actually lovely, but Wayfair is the problem. I ordered 3 sets of 4 chairs (12 total), as advertised. I received 3 sets of 2 chairs (6 total). I was told there were no more available at the price advertised (after I paid for 12). Wayfair refused to send me the additional chairs I ordered. Be very wary of ordering from Wayfair, this is not the first time I have had a problem.

I got the chairs late and I canceled the order and they still charged me for return shipping. Horrible experience with Wayfair.

These chairs would get 5 stars from me, but they arrived and the legs didn't fit into the seat. Luckily my husband was able to use some tools and get them to fit, but I am not sure that just anyone could do that (I know I couldn't) and I don't expect having to "make it work" when I make a purchase...the item should just work. Wayfair did do a bit of a discount because of this defect. Another reason for 4 stars is that you can only buy in sets of 4, and we really would have liked to have 6 chairs in total instead of 4 or 8. As other reviewers have said, the chairs are pretty hard. That isn't a problem for us, but it is something to be aware of. I was expecting something much softer to sit on. The chairs look perfect in our dining room, and they are literally a tiny fraction of the cost of the chairs that are made to go with our table. We love them.

They look like on the photos Big and presentable The only one drawback is they don’t have a big cushion and don’t feel super soft to sit on
