Console Riverside

Haven’t styled it yet but I’m obsessed with this size under an 85in tv. It’s a perfect solution for a more traditional household decor vibe. The furniture is beautiful and substantial. It’s a true statement piece.

Just got the table today and absolutely LOVE IT! It looks beautiful behind my sofa and I wanted something bigger because my sofa is large. It looks great!

Substantial and beautiful piece. Took three attempts at delivery to finally get one that was not significantly damaged , but worth the wait.

I am torn trying to rate this table. The table itself is fantastic, so please do not take the 3 stars as a knock against the table itself. I searched everywhere for a super LONG console table for my crazy long entryway wall. This was by far the best option anywhere at 114 inches, and was exactly the coastal theme I was looking for. Although it is an expensive piece, I was excited to order and receive it. That is where the trouble started. It took almost three months and SIX tries at delivery to get me this table undamaged. The problem with a single piece tabletop almost 10 feet long is that the warehouse storing this item in its box and the freight company moving and delivering it must be aware of how to handle something so ungainly. My belief is that in either storing or shipping the extremely long box, it was moved by forklift in the middle of the box, allowing each end to sag down, consistently causing a break straight down the middle of the short side of the tabletop. Because the table is large (and expensive) it comes with white glove delivery service, which is great. A freight company loads and delivers the piece, and a team of two unbox, assemble and place the table in your room of choice. Two of the six times, the table actually made it here (there is about 3 weeks between each attempt, making the whole process very slow), the team started to unbox it, and discovered serious cracks through the tabletop. Thank goodness for the delivery service, because they took care of calling customer service, taking and submitting photos of the damage for me, and then boxing it back up and carrying it away. Anything this size would be a nightmare for any customer to try to return on their own. Three of the attempts never even made it here...the damage was obvious enough it was discovered while still loaded on the freight truck and was diverted back to the warehouse and another order started. The sixth time was the charm. By that time I had really lost all hope of ever receiving the table in one piece, and was looking for something else. No one who knew about the order could believe I was willing to wait so long and go through so much frustration for this piece, and if there had been a good alternative somewhere else, I would absolutely have given up after about the third failed attempt. Kudos to Wayfair for trying (over and over) to properly make the delivery, but this is a terrible business model for this furniture manufacturer. If you have to throw away 5 tables to just deliver one, you won't stay in business very long. Now that I have it, I am so pleased with it. But it's tough to say all the frustration and time lost is worth it. You'll have to decide for yourself whether it is worth it to you to take a shot and order this table. I would hope that the manufacturer and Wayfair can work out the delivery issues, and create a more seamless delivery experience for its customers. Because I like the table, I couldn't take away all the stars just for the really awful delivery experience. Wayfair did do a good job keeping me informed throughout everything, which I appreciate.

Nice table. Super easy to put together. The first two tables I received were damaged but Wayfair’s customer service was amazing to work with.
