The chairs are gorgeous...excellent quality. The oak wood is lovely. I ordered the grey and they are exactly as pictured. They were delivered fully assembled and packaged very carefully to ensure no damage. I would highly recommend these arm chairs for home or office. I'm using them as guest chairs in my office and around a conference table. I LOVE them. Plus, customer service was excellent. I needed four for my office and they only had 3 in stock. I reached out to an associate via email and she was able to find me the 4th chair through the manufacturer--she handled all the details. I received the chairs in two weeks, as promised.
