Paravent en bois 3 pièces

Beautiful piece, and heavier/more solidly built than similar designs. Overall I'm happy with it, though it did arrive with some minor damage to one of the panels, and as others have noted, the white finish does rub off easily and get everywhere. I think I can easily repair the broken areas with wood glue and have decided to repaint it anyway (the distressing is uneven and makes the piece look lower quality than it is, the white is very chalky and uneven). The packaging was pretty good, but I don't know why they don't put a thin layer of foam between the panels, I think a lot of the breakage issues could be avoided with 1/4" thick sheet of foam to cushion the filigree work. The cutouts are very "rustic," so expect some rough areas and inconsistencies. The overall impression is still very nice, but I wouldn't put it near anything that could get snagged. A wonderful plus: my cat, who climbs everything, has not been able to scale this yet. I'm sure he'll keep trying, and maybe eventually manage it, but for now he has made 2 attempts and failed to get over it or knock it down, it's pretty sturdy.

At first I thought it would be flimsy until I took it out of the box( spouse brought it inside). It's heavy, adds a nice ambiance to the room, also services as a BIG cat gate. The detail of the carved parts are nice and the cat isn't able to squeeze through, im not sure about kittens. It sit directly on the floor and takes away the empty spot.

Love this screen. The pattern works with my decor, since it has a more French design. Solid wood, meticulous carving and shabby chic finish. White with rubbed light brown emphasizing pattern.

I love it! It’s heavy. I am using it as sort of a door at the top of my stairs to keep my foster kittens from going down stairs. It’s really pretty. Very white with black distressing.
