Warranty: Alexander & Sheridan USA, Inc. warranties their wicker and rattan furniture against manufacturer defect for 90 days, including furniture frames, finishes and mechanical mechanisms. Any item returned for warranty issues must be documented with photographs, a description of the warranty issue and must receive a Return Authorization number from Alexander & Sheridan before credit or replacement can be issued.
