This is a great armoire, perfectly sized for a small space. It’s great extra clothing space for a kid’s bedroom or a small apartment. It took around three hours to assemble and the directions were easy to follow. I love the natural look, it goes well with any natural finish.

Hello, class. A few important notes before we begin: 1) This comes in one incredibly heavy box. You’ll need two people at least. You’ll be best served if you don’t need to move it up or down stairs, and definitely don’t try to carry it through a extremely crowded room. (ask me how I know) 2) Give yourself a LOT of time to put this guy together. It's got SO MANY pieces. Okay! So this Armoire is a little bit different in color than the image it features. It's not a honey-blonde hickory-color, it's much closer to a reddish brown. I've added a bunch of photos of it in natural light, and it's definitely shades darker than it advertises to be. It's mostly MDF, but it looks really nice. The front of the drawers and the doors are both quite solid, and the hinges are soft-close so you don't smash your fingers. That's a win! However, because it's MDF, if you slip screwing in one of about a hundred thousand tiny screws, you'll mar the surface and that's a bit disappointing. So DON'T go at this with the idea that a drill and a half hour are going to get you the best outcome. Slow and steady puts together the armoire without arguments. ;) The instructions are small but legible, and only one step of many had us scratching our heads. All the pieces and parts are clearly labelled and easy to follow. Really, the only minor downsides are the color (which I actually like the darker better, it's just not advertised properly) and the fact that it weighs as much as an antique, solid wood armoire but is, in the end, a pretty but manufactured wood. Overall, I'd rate this at a 9/10,

It is attractive, but it took a long tome to build and the assembly illustrations were not great. It is assembled and works now.

It looks great, as pretty as the photos once done. Construction is mostly straightforward, except two instructions are in the wrong order which can cause breakage due to the fragility of the wood - it is chipboard and had mixed results at being able to hold the pins without splitting. So for that reason I give it a 3 as the quality of the wood is concerning and I don't think it would survive more than one move.

Only downfall is the assembly took a few hours, but overall good looking armoire. Instructions pretty clear with pictures.
