Love my sideboard but was a little pricey.

Website description states "distressed finish", while the finish is very glossy. Finish on the top of the buffet is uneven with odd-looking swirls and inconsistent texture. I had planned to use this in my entryway, but the light from the front door makes these flaws obvious. The "fit and finish" of this buffet is what I would expect from a much less expensive piece. When I asked to return this, the manufacturer's response ignored the issues I documented with photos and instead insisted that I had received the correct item. I also pointed out that if the Wayfair description of the finish was misleading/contradictory, that was an issue to be resolved between Wayfair and the manufacturer. I'm awaiting a response from the manufacturer. I want to return this buffet, as I have no use for it.

Very nice and well made. I had to return though because didn’t have a space to put it.
