The chair might have been nice but the packaging was not good and it came badly damaged but I had absolutly no problem with the return/exchange for something else which was nice.

This is a nice looking chair, fairly good quality. The only issue is that it took 3 replacement to receive a good, not damage chair. Packing is very poor, and chair was getting damaged in transit. Wayfair was great about handling all issues and getting replacements fast.3rd chair, despite of the box being crushed, ripped and dented, came in fine. Pros: great value, nice look Cons: poor packing, gets damage in transit

I ordered this chair for my baby's nursery. The chair arrived quite damaged: there was orange spots all over the seat and cracks in all the joints. I called Wayfair and they quickly sent me a replacement rocking chair (if it wasn't so damaged, I would have loved the chair). Take 2 was unfortunately in much worse shape - this time with black spots all over the seat and even deeper cracks in the wood at the joints. The only positive in the situation was the amazing customer service I received from Wayfair, however, I would not recommend ordering this chair, nor buying from this seller. Cons: poor quality
