The first dresser I got was broken. The top drawer was cracked and wouldn’t open. They offered to send me a new one and keep the broken one. It took an additional three weeks to get the replacement. The replacement also arrived broken in the same way! It took another 3 weeks for my third dresser to arrive. This is extremely heavy. Pay to have them put it in the room or choice! Tracks for drawers are not good quality.

It’s a beautiful piece and I’m glad I purchased it, but Wayfair describes the color as “distressed white,” which isn’t accurate. The color is more “greige,” kind of a mix of distressed gray and sand.

Misleading false description Very very disappointed! Ordered specifically because it was a guaranteed pre Christmas delivery. Received a call from Wayfair saying the packaging was ripped and unwrapped...and did I still want it..arrived ok but when we measured the piece it was over 43 overall width. Not 42 as what was listed in overall measurement! This piece needs to be squeezed into a 42 12 area! Wayfair tells me I can return it for a fee!! Also said they would refund me 240!! Very disappointed in Wayfair and how they handled this!!

This is a gorgeous piece! The entire collection is so good! It’s really well built. It’s solid and substantial. I looked at so many different sets of furniture for our bedroom and I’m so glad I decided to go with this. The white glove service provided 10/10!
