The proportions in the photo are a little different than the real thing. The arms don’t slope the same way and the chairs look off in person. The chairs are sturdy, but I ended up putting them in guest rooms.

I returned the item because I was disappointed in the quality of the wood and the finish. I appreciated that it was easy to return.

The chair is great! The color is misleading. We got these chairs to replace/supplement chairs we have owned for years. Ideally, we would have re-purchased the same color but that wasn't an option. Based on the choices, we ordered one "pickled" color which is just plain brown and three "brown" which are very very white. It took longer than estimated to ship but once they eventually did ship, they arrived quickly and packaged safely.

Received the chair with obvious water damage to all four legs. Clearly, the chair has been sitting in a damp warehouse environment, for quite some time. I initiated an online complaint and received only juvenile feedback. Service reps indicate there is no communication with upper management regarding resolution of disputes of larger ticket items. Wayfair has a mediocre platform. I have initated a claim dispute with my bank for a full refund. Pictures speak a thousand words. Here. You Go.
