Extremely displeased with the whole experience with this product. First, we received the product four days after the first out for delivery message. Waited all day, nothing showed up. Next day and two additional days....the same thing - out for delivery and no bed delivered...Then the boxes were delivered. We paid Wayfare to put it together and the gentleman took the items to assemble out of the boxes. Boards were warped, broken, and could not be assembled. After a number of chats with Wayfair support, I had to purchase have shipping tape and send the packages back. A new set of boxes were shipped. I meant a set of boxes because they looked worse than the originals. Boards were sticking out of the poorly taped boxes and holes in both. Again, I went through multiple chats with the help desk to send them back. Never even brought the garbage in the house! We will shop elsewhere in the future.

Instructions are missing at least one whole step, but if you have some sense upstairs you should be able to figure it out. Like most furniture boxes shipped via FedEx the box corners were destroyed and were retaped and labeled in route to my house causing the packages to arrive a few days apart.

I received my beautiful bedframe fairly quickly.i got this for my grandsons bedroom at my house. It went together fairly quickly. But it was time consuming. But the bed is really sturdy. And it looks so nice. And its a bedframe which is neutral and goes with just about everything. My grandson loves it.

This bed is exactly what I wanted. Space underneath to store items but not a high platform. Very sturdy!

I wasn’t sure about the item based on some mixed reviews. I liked the look and for the price, decided to try. The product exceeded my expectations. Every piece of wood was fine and everything lined up perfectly. No issues putting it together. Good bed so far. If I had one negative. I didn’t like the screws used for tor the bed slats. I thought the heads stuck out a little too much and I was worried they might rub against the bottom of the mattress.
