Usually Wayfair and it's manufacturers do a decent job at delivering the products with everything intact. This was the rare occasion when we first got a delayed delivery (through FedEx), then when I did receive the package, the box looked a little banged up, but the pieces looked ok. Once I opened the package I noticed that the instructions were missing. I tried looking online for the manual, but it wasn't available! So I had to contact Wayfair to contact the manufacturer and it took about a day for them to send the assembly instructions. Once I completed the stand I noticed some parts were missing for two of the drawers, very upsetting! This was the only time we had a pretty frustrating experience with Wayfair.
