Wayfair is seriously the best. I bought this ottoman and wasn’t 100 pleased. Instead of initiating a return they offered me 20.00 off to not return. I am 100 satisfied.

I am so disappointed with not only this Pouf Ottoman but with the customer service department. After receiving my order of two Clarissa 18” White Cotton Blend Pouf Ottomans, I immediately noticed the ottomans were unacceptable. Both dirty with some sort of rusty looking stain, the loose knit of the ottomans was starting to unravel and develop large gaps, and square shape was deformed, leaving the zipper area rippled and warped. I called customer service and was told I would need to wait for a return call from the resolution department. They called and required me to take photos which I completed and sent back only to be told they weren’t sufficient, they needed videos. I sent those but was told those videos were not adequate. When I called customer service again, I was contacted by the resolution department and told not to call customer service again and the I had speak with Herschel in the resolution department only. I have emailed this person four more times with no reply. All we want to do is return the two ottomans. I have ordered numerous items from Wayfair but doubt I will order from them again after this experience. If I could give less than one star, I would.
