broken zipper, corner rip. asked for a replacement and was sent the wrong piece. after multiple attempts to have the right replacement sent, Wayfair's response was that it was past the window to rectify a solution.

So cute, and excellent quality!

I love this so much, however it was so damaged upon arrival. I am waiting to hear from customer support- I have had pieces parts all over my house since last week. I hope the replacement is in better shape. I was able to get one side and the corner together and it looks so great and is a comfortable firm seat. The other half has a busted frame, and a torn corner. The half I assembled had sticky stuff all over the back. Hoping to remove it with goo b gone- but that’s not right for a brand new piece of furniture. Also- I assembled it myself! Many people say it is a 2 man job- but for me it worked well as a 1 woman job. Note- if it wasn’t so messed up- this would be 5 stars!

Bench was nice quality but cannot be flipped and built with other way like one of the answers from an expert says that is can. Only goes the way pictured.
