My bookcase gets 10/10 stars! I LOVE it! Wayfair gets about 1 star :( I had to contact Wayfair customer service 3 separate times because my order was rescheduled 7 times. No lie, 7 times. It took a span of about 2 weeks of them rescheduling my delivery before I actually received my order. Maybe it's not all Wayfair's fault, but they should do better in the choice of the company they have working on their behalf. Right now, I don't plan to make another order with Wayfair anytime soon. Sour taste in my mouth.

Nice chair but arrived damaged and is absolutely not the color shown in the product photos. It is a drab gray, almost blue, with dark brown. I’m very disappointed in the color and frustrated that I will now have to deal with the hassle of returning it.
