Canapé modulaire inclinable symétrique en cuir italien de 138 po Harwyn

Great quality leather and cushions. Delivery team Anthony and Richard were absolutely awesome. Professional and friendly. Cant go wrong with this sectional and was totally worth the wait

Their customer service is deplorable!!! Wayfair broke their delivery appointment because the warehouse lost some of the pieces of the sectional. I asked Katrina at the Fort Myers warehouse to escalate this to a supervisor level which she did, and while the supervisor was trying to solve the problem, Katrina unsolicitedly canceled the sale with a 20% restocking fee out of spite. The supervisor was apologetic and said that the CSR would be disciplined but I never got my furniture.

A bit stiff I am sure it will relax a bit after we use the couch. There is a charging disc for your phone yet it is too recessed into the piece that the phone will not charge. So if you are purchasing for this feature, don't bother it does not work. Other wise we love our new sofa. White glove delivery was amazing and comes included with this couch.

Very firm and has worked well for our family.

Beautiful sectional. Lots of reclining and love the USB ports and wirelesa charging station. Perfect gray color. Love it
