EDIT: I’ve had my sofa for a year now and I really like it! I have a dog with sharp claws and he’s all over this thing and hasn’t scratched it yet (knock on wood!). It has gotten more comfortable over time so it was a good choice after all. The quality of this sofa is good. It’s not real comfortable to me but maybe it will become more comfortable with use. The seats are narrow…I would like it better if the back wasn’t so poofy and that would allow the seat cushions to be deeper. I think it just boils down to…I made the wrong choice for me. I don’t plan to return it though, because it’s so hard to find a real sofa to fit a small space.

Very bad purchase experience with Wayfair. The product is good but Wayfair gave me nightmare. My original order on August 27th was cancelled by Wayfair on August 31th because they can not provide the price as the promoted price when I purchased. After a couple of calls to the customer service, one representative named Allis provided a solution to put the order at the price listed on that date (with a 10% discount) and promised to give the refund of the price difference after I receive the product. She said I would receive an email notice about the refunds then. I called them today, four days after I received the order but no refunds. I was told no any citation and record about the refund and their can't do anything after the order was complete unless I return the product. Spent so many time and energy on this. I was tricked by Wayfair sale department.

Very very comfortable and great size that I needed

Couch is beautiful and very comfortable. I wish it was one seat longer but if you have a smaller space it is really nice.

Great sofa. Very comfortable and the leather is soft. Loving it so far.
