Excellent product and transaction.. Just what I wanted

This chair is comfortable to sit and gliderock, but thats it. The arms are very difficult to raise and lower. The storage beneath the arms is ridiculously difficult to reach while sitting. The voice commands... Moca the assistant doesnt understand English well so wont respond much of the time. Her voice is super high-pitched and annoying. As a recliner, this chair is useless. Its so very uncomfortable to recline in. I had higher hopes, but I had to return it.

good chair, but not worth for this price, normal electric recliner single person sofa, feels ok, there’s Bluetooth speaker comes with it, but it’s useless, the sound is like lagging and like scratching some metal, can’t even hear a full sentence with its lagging.

Chair is very comfortable, however the rocky motion is limited to one the legs are not elevated. It would have been perfect if you were able to rock while you were in a reclined position.

I love my new recliner, it's very attractive which is hard to do with a recliner. Nice neutral olive green color and material seems like it will be easy to keep clean. I love the gliding rocker motion and it's comfortable to relax in without reclining. Reclining is nice but the downside is the back and footrest are not independent however I knew that going in. The power button is a little far away (for me) when I reclined all the way so I used the voice function and it worked great. Overall, this is the nicest looking recliner and isn't a big clunky blob that takes up the whole living room like most. I would give this 4.5 stars but there's no way to do that. This was worth the price for me because it functions well and looks awesome.

I havent used it much, but I love the material, all the functions it has, and the fact that you can raise and lower arms, and it rocks recliners what more could you ask for. Everything I wanted and needed.
