Overall, an exceptional product that looks even better in person than the provided pics. The quality of materials is exceptional, and it looks and smells just as good as actual leather, but is more resistant to wear and tear. I paid for the assembly, but was able to put it together within one or two hours rather easily. Do not be alarmed; this product comes in 3 large and heavy boxes. You may initially wonder how a sectional of this size fits in boxes, as they appear small, but you will see that once it is put together, it makes perfect sense. I'm absolutely happy with this purchase and would buy again, as you are getting a lot for the money.

Elegant and highly refined look with quality materials
Features are great and work as advertised (Speakers would sound better with a small amp attached, but even stock sound decent, but nothing crazy.
The gray color in person is much lighter than the provided pics, which, in my opinion, is a plus, making it easier to blend in any room.
Cons
Very comfortable, but not the most comfortable sofa I've sat on. You are trading off looks for overall comfort, just given the materials and overall design. I would like to feel more encapsulated when sitting in this chair, and I wish the seats were a tad larger. Overall, 7 out of 10 for overall comfort.
