I bought this to replace a very comfortable and durable 30 year old Italian Leather Sofa, I don't want to dish out 3K to get another Italian couch so I search the web and found this to be the best option, in term of style, material, value and color selection. I was nervous about this purchase as this was the first time I bought a piece of furniture without feeling it and testing it in person. The deliver is actually faster than I expected because they told me that there would be a delay because of the Pandemic, but they end up delivering it in two weeks time, not bad. It would be unfair to compare it with my old sofa, so I am judging it by its own merit. I do think it is a great value for the price, you get partial leather, the comfort level is pretty good, it was a bit firm at first but seems like it has soften a bit after a few weeks break in. I get the gray one, online it seems like a medium grayish blue, but in person, it is more of a dark gray, I wish the color matches the online version, but I can live with that. Also, the only assembly you need is to screw on the legs, for the space we put it in, we feel that it will be too tall to add the legs, so we just sit it on the floor, and we like it that way. My old couch lasted 30 years, I will be happy if this one last 10 years, fingers crossed. When we unwrapped the couch, we found a big hole at the bottom of the couch, that's because they sew a pouch onto the fabric covering the bottom, and they put the 4 metal legs inside the pouch, the metal legs is too heavy for the fabric, so they tore a hole in the fabric. However, 1)no one will ever see the hole, since it is at the bottom of the couch, 2) we can easily patch the hole up with duck tape, 3) we didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning and exchanging the couch, so we called Wayfair and they agreed to give us some discount to offset the defect. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase so far.

Awesome love seat. It is firm, stylish and comfortable. The actual color of the love seat is slightly different than the color of the image posted on the web site, other than that, it is a very nice piece of furniture.
