We received our couch delivery from Wayfare and we’re very excited! The delivery staff was excellent and provided great service. We unpacked the couch ourselves from the boxes and we unpacked the Ottoman from the box. As we carefully inspected the couch we noticed it was missing one of the face connectors on the right side. We would like to connect the couch and it’s two pieces together, however we are unsure of how to do that without the connector attached. We do love the couch and the Ottoman and look forward to many years of enjoyment. We just need your help in figuring out how to fix this issue. Please help us. Please see attached photos.
