This product is defective. I do not recommend buying from this manufacturer. The chair arrived with an abnormal horizontal line across the bottom front, not part of the design. This was clearly damage or defective. Wayfair told us to keep the chair but would credit us ~$1k. We donated the chair and bought a replacement from another vender. Then a month later a seem popped on the couch. They told us there's no replacement available but offered us a discount and would send us thread to sew it or return for a refund. We opted to return the couch for a $2,500 refund. Upon returning the couch Wayfair then changed their tune demanding we return both items in order to be credited the previously promised amount. Those were not the terms of the return we originally agreed to. We discarded the original chair because it was defective. Attempts to resolve this matter with Wayfair have resulted with the reps hanging up on us, refusing to connect with a supervisor. To make matters worse we just found this couch is being sold on their website for $3,499, but we weren't offered a replacement. This is horrible service which has us reconsidering doing business with this company in the future.
