The chair itself is great. Good quality upholstery and very stylish. However, there seems to be an issue with the lift adjustment on the chair. I constantly adjust the chair to the proper height and lock it in place. A few minutes after you sit on the chair it lowers itself to the lowest setting (I am well below the maximum weight for the chair.) Very frustrating. I am hoping that the warranty will cover this issue.
