I really wanted to love this executive chair, but unfortunately, it is completely unusable due to poor quality control in manufacturing. During assembly, the pre-drilled screw holes and metal brackets on the seat and backrest did not align correctly. They missed each other completely, making it impossible to thread the screws in and secure the chair safely. Since it cannot be built out of the box, I had to request a return. On a positive note, Wayfair customer service was very helpful and arranged a full refund and a porch pickup. If you buy this model, be aware you might encounter alignment issues during assembly.

Well, it is a nice chair. Very comfortable and looks just like an original Eams executive chair, but, without a tug of $4K+. I only taking a point away because it is not a genuine leather... it is faux and need to say so.

Very nice! Wide enough to sit cross legged, moves up and down smoothly and the leather is soft and supple. The only thing I don’t love is the back is fixed so there isn’t any give or ability to recline

Did not come with any instructions so 3 stars just for that alone. Other than that seems like decent quality leather

This chair is as advertised. Got the subdued green color. Assembly tool included and was not difficult. Using as a desk chair.
