Chair does not recline after a year

Caveat emptor!!! I am very dissatisfied with this salon chair, the connecting rod to the chair to make it recline was faulty. I reached out to the company via email, explained in detail the situation with video and pictorial evidence to replace the connecting rod without any resolution. I haven’t used the chair and can’t also return it. This is a Chinese company with very horrible customer service and extremely subpar/defective products. I had first asked for some clarifications after watching the installation video and requested to speak with a technician to no avail. That was the first red flag! Attached are 3 pictures of the defective salon chair. This company cannot be reported to the BBB here in the United States as there is no physical office here however, the Attorney General's office will be contacted sooner as this fraudulent company has to be thoroughly investigated so as to protect buyers in North America. Money wasted… I regret buying this chair online.

Haven’t used it yet but seems like a good quality

This salon chair was bigger then what I was expecting but it works great and is comfy for my clients

It’s hard to turn . And the pillow is not secured well. And needs to be longer but come out easy .
