Very disappointed. Arrived without assembly instructions. Customer support was unable to obtain them. Chair part is scratched, cushion is dirty . It was not wrapped when it arrived and saw the stain after assembling the chair. I received a chair that had been used.

Easy installation, beautiful modern design for a very reasonable cost. A true statement piece. I agree with another previous reviewer that the back bolster roll is harder than expected, but the bottom padding is comfortable. I wish the bolster did not roll so the zipper stays in the back. But overall I am happy with my purchase. I recommend assembling on the carpet or a cardboard box so the metal doesn’t get scratched.
