I received a broken part and contacted customer service. They offered a free replacement if I wait seven more days or a refund if I pack and ship it myself. Their attitude was unhelpful and rude. Im frustrated because the shipping date was initially 916 but changed to 920. When I requested a return, they quoted a 200 fee and claimed third-party control. Now, theyre asking me to wait while they address the broken part. As a pregnant woman, its challenging for me to pack and ship without help, especially without access to a truck. This is my first and last time ever.

There weren't many reviews on this platform bed, so here's my take. First, I absolutely love this platform bed! It came nicely packaged and nothing was damaged. The headboard is lighted and it's so pretty! You DO NOT need to pay for extra assembly because this bed was soo easy to assemble, all you need is a drill and another strong person to help you! But overall, this bed is the perfect size for me and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
