It’s a beautiful chair but was damaged with hairline cracks. New one sent but was worse with cracks then the first one.

The chair was cracked and chipped in multiple areas upon arrival, I had waited about a month for it to come, and now have to wait another 2-3 months for a replacement. Hoping that one is not chipped as well, the chair seems extremely fragile.

Chair base broke after one year and can’t find a repair kit or anything to fix it. Figured a 1,400 dollar chair would have replacement parts available.
