Extremely over priced!! Boy oh boy did I have issues, lots of parts damaged and some hardware failed. The design has you screwing the window to panels however the weight qnd design made it flimsy. I used silicon on the windows to make a good bond. Mayfair to their credit sent me a complete second one between the 2 I was able to complete the build. The lower cabinets finish was good the smaller cabinets have flaws in the door panels on all can see only in direct light.
