design flaws. shelves do not line up, no installation directions for wires from led lights. installers were horrible! Wayfair offered me a 40% discount due to the wiring issue, then two days later i saw there was a design flaw and they refused to refund the entire balance. will not buy from them again.

This entertainment stand is more than we expected. The wood quality is nice and it looks really good. The instructions were surprisingly easy and nothing arrived damaged. It was tough getting it open because the boxes arrived nailed and screwed to a pallet, however, we were not complaining after spending over 1,000. If you order the oak one you will not be disappointed!! Included a picture of the oak color.

It looks completely different from the site picture, and items was too big. The worst, it was hard to find an assembly person to come in to set it up, after paying money to put it together. When it was finished it looks ugly, I have to return it back. Sorry!

Low quality product. No written instructions, just pictures. Order of assembly not always logical and made certain tasks more difficult. You will need additional hardware (better anchors/toggle bolts) to securely install wall bracket. I'm a retired contractor and have experience in fabrication, assembly and installation and it took me several hours too complete installation. No pre-drilled holes for wires and cables. Looks nice now that it's all completed but would not buy again.
