It is a lovely unit but you need to put it together correctly. The unit arrived in three different crate, well packaged. Nothing was broken. Instructions are very sparse and it takes an intelligent mind to figure it out. But once you do it is a winner

It took 4 hours and 3 adults to assemble this sideboard. Instruction provided by producer is absolutely useless - two pages of nonsense. We had been contacted support team of Wayfair and after week passed - still did not receive better assembling instruction. I like the sideboard but unless you are carpenter - consider pay extra $$ for assembling your purchase.

This is horrible instruction, no labeling all these pieces up the furniture. It took a 10 hours to put this buffet together. I would not recommend for anyone to buy this unless there is specific or they have improve instruction more detail for assembly. assembly. There is fair and again instruction how to build this buffer is like a puzzle.

I wanted to love this piece as it would have fit in perfectly with my dining room style; but, upon opening number 1, of 3 boxes, the first piece I removed had a knick in it which appeared to be a piece that would have been in plain eyesight. That was the first thing negative about this piece; however, the second issue I had with this piece, and the other reason for giving it one star, is that it is NOT matte black as I was told by not one, but two different customer service agents before I purchased this expensive piece. Buyers be aware it has a semi-gloss finish. Thankfully Wayfair issued a refund and will be picking up the piece.
