I received this pouf crushed, and stained, as if someone has used it. I was disgusted, I needed a full refund, but because I was unavoidable to return it, they offered a percentage off. Also the picture is not the same, it shows more white on the site, and when I took it out of the box, it was more beige, and not as beautiful. I hate it, I think I'm going to give it away. My expectation was crushed.

Nice looking ottoman but once you put feet up on it the hairs get distorted and mangled. Would not buy a hair on hide again
