Very nice except - the back would not swivel beyond vertical. Therefore, uncomfortable if you wanted to "slouch" a little. Took 10 minutes to grind off some metal but should not have to do that.

Chair seat arrived in very poor state of condition. Not very well protected in storage of shipment.

What I like: Easy to assemble, wide range of seat height, adjustable foot rest ring, no chemical smell, casters roll easily. What I don’t like: One of the adjustable screws doesn’t fit the welded on nut. I can figure out the correct size and go purchase a new bolt...but for the price I shouldn’t have to. I docked the chair one star because I have to go to Lowe’s to make it work.
