Every encounter with Wayfair was a pleasant experience, from the patient and helpful young lady who took my order over the phone to the arrival of my package exactly when they said it would arrive. My purchase was a display case for a baseball glove that my husband used since he bought it in 1954 when he was 11 years old. He paid $5.00 a week from his paper route money and never wanted another glove. He is 81 years old this year and I wish I had gotten the case years ago. He was so surprised and very happy to get it. I was concerned that it would suffer breakage on its journey to Central Texas but it arrived in perfect condition and looks beautiful on the wall, Glass and Mirror intact.
