I'm so disappointed! It came without the letter size rails. UPDATE: Wayfair reached out to me by phone and email to help me resolve my issue. Because I was physically unable to return the cabinet, they issued me a partial refund. This is excellent customer service and I much appreciate it.

Love it - and it would have been perfect had it not arrived cracked. The quality is really nice, good solid wood, and the file hangers are good quality too. It was too heavy to ship back so Wayfair was gracious enough to give me a refund - thanks Wayfair!

The cabinet is very nice but it came without the rails to file letter sized files. I have been waiting a month now for Peterbourgh homes to send the parts. It says they are shipped and expected delivery was November 7th. Wayfair has contacted them and someone called me to say they were on the way. For some reason Wayfair can no longer track the replacement parts. They have given me a partial refund so I can buy some rails to covert it to hang letter files instead of legal. I would have preferred the rails as the ones legal sized ones that came with it are a nice looking brass and the ones I can buy on line are black plastic. I would not buy from Peterborough Homes.
