This product is delightful And very unique. They called 20 minutes before they were to arrive. They unboxed it. They put it where I wanted it to go …like the service was exceptional. I couldn’t love it more. It’s just a beautiful piece.

It arrived broken and it's made of a cheap material. Not worth 2k. Customer Service was great about it though. I'd buy from Wayfair again just based on customer service but this specific product is overpriced.

Excellent choice - fits perfectly at the end of my hallway where is is viewable upon entry and from living room and kitchen. This packaging job by this company was superb. There was no way this could have gotten damaged

Finish is poor with manufacturing defects in many spots and there are on the front side, very disappointing. I also live in an apt bldg, FedEx just left it in loading bay, they did not bring it into my bldgs general receivingpackage area on 12th floor like all packages big and small got to.
