The chair is very pretty and comfortable. I find that the leather on the low back makes all the difference- it doesn't feel cutting like some other low-back chairs do. The only reason for return was that our dining table has a lip and so these chairs with the armrest didn't fit tucked under the table, they were completely sticking out.

The chair came fully assembled and was packaged with care. It’s a light camel color with real hardwood. Feels sturdy and well built. The seating position is a little far back from what we are used but overall great chair.
